SHEEP
A flock of around 300 animals has been developed through on-farm breeding since 1991. Production includes meat, milk, and their processed products, with controlled genetics and results carefully monitored.
PIGS
Contract pig rearing is organised under controlled conditions, with a focus on steady growth and meat quality.
CURED MEAT PRODUCTS
Meat production also enables the development of cured meat products in limited quantities, in line with the farm’s capacity.
